Returns and Refunds Policy
We take pride in the quality of our pre-rolled cones. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Damaged items must be reported upon receipt with photographic evidence. Customized orders may not qualify for returns, so ensure that your specifications are accurate before placing your order. Processing and handling fees may apply. We are committed to resolving issues efficiently and appreciate your understanding as we work together to reach a satisfactory resolution.
Limitation of Liability
Zen Roll Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
